Location

PoCo is conveniently situated just 27 km east of Vancouver, making it an appealing spot for commuters who work in the city but prefer a quieter, more relaxed living environment. It’s surrounded by the cities of Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, and the expansive Pinecone Burke Provincial Park, which provides stunning vistas and numerous recreational opportunities.

The Coquitlam River, Pitt River, and nearby mountains offer countless options for hiking, biking, fishing, and boating.
