Kevin Daniel

Kevin was born and raised in the City of Vancouver and is currently studying at the University of British Columbia. He began his Real Estate Career as soon as he met Cameron Manning through the cadet program at 102 RCSCC Fraser, New Westminster in 2014. By working on the Kelly Fry Team and being mentored by Kelly Fry, Kevin has honed his knowledge of Investment Real Estate.

Kevin attended Vancouver College High school in Vancouver. During High School he balanced playing football, organising and leading his cadet corps and planning out his future. During his cadet career Kevin attained a number of medals as well as attaining the Highest Honor in the cadet program (being chosen as Coxswain for a Cadet Summer Training Centre). He led a team of 150 staff to instruct over 500 successful trainees.

In the second semester of his first year at UBC, Kevin was a successful applicant to own and operate a Student Works Painting Franchise. He quickly learned that being a successful business owner wasn’t as glamorous as it seemed. From door knocking and prospecting alone for business to hiring successful and unsuccessful candidates, being a business owner was the toughest, most rewarding experience of his life

Kevin is committed to providing his clients with exemplary customer service, a competitve edge when investing in Real Estate and loyalty.
