Delta is a district municipality located in British Columbia, Canada, that’s situated in the southwestern corner of the Greater Vancouver area. It consists of three distinct communities: Ladner, Tsawwassen, and North Delta.

Location

Delta is surrounded by water on three sides—the Fraser River to the north, the Pacific Ocean to the west, and Boundary Bay to the south. Its climate is moderate with mild winters and warm, dry summers, making it ideal for outdoor activities year-round.
