Brenda Ip has been a Real Estate Investor since 2011. Her experience includes buy/fix/flips, buy/rent/hold, pre-sale properties, and Rent-To-Own in BC and Alberta. She is also the managing director and owner of a successful junior kindergarten school, and an active community volunteer. Brenda has been nominated for the U40 Business Person of the Year Award by the Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce in 2015, and was featured in the Langley Advance’s Profiles of Excellence in 2014. 

Having gained invaluable experience in the business sector, Brenda found herself becoming increasingly drawn to becoming a full time Real Estate professional. Hence she obtained her Real Estate License recently and is now working on the Kelly Fry Team. Her constant strive for excellence, commitment to her clients and outstanding communication skills will propel her success in this new career.
